The TV services are reserved for customers holding a Connected Internet subscription. Therefore:
- If, after signing the contract, it appears that the installation or activation of the Connected Internet line cannot be reasonably carried out, the activation of TV services cannot be performed, and the part of the contract related to the affected services will be immediately terminated with retroactive effect, without any compensation being due from either party;
- The termination of the part of the contract related to Internet services results in termination of the part of the contract related to TV services.
Regarding the TV services, the customer may terminate their indefinite-term contract at any time by any written means. In all cases, termination of the part of the contract related to TV services:
- does not result in termination of the part of the contract related to Connected Internet;
- does not result in termination of the part of the contract related to mobile telephony services.
Orange Sports is free until 30/09/2026. Afterwards: €20,99/month (VAT excl). The Orange Sports option is free for all customers with a Connected Internet and Orange TV subscription until 30/09/2026. This option provides access to the Jupiler Pro League via DAZN channels, the Premier League, and the Bundesliga on Play Sports 1 & 2, as well as the channels VOOSPORT WORLD 1, 2, and 3 if you are located in Wallonia or Brussels on your TV via the Orange decoder or on your smartphone via the Orange TV and Orange TV Go apps. Activation of the option may take up to 24 hours. Customers are not entitled to cancel the order free of charge if the services have already started. In this case, Orange Business will bill a proportional amount for the services already provided. The content of the Orange Sports option is subject to possible changes imposed by the TV channels and leagues during the season.
