Hulp & Support Employee’s device is broken or has been stolen, how can he/she transfer his/her eSIM on his/her new device?
- If MyOrange can still be used on the damaged device, it’s pretty easy to do. A new QR Code can be generated from the broken device by tapping “Manage my account”. This QR Code shall then be scanned by the new device.
- If MyOrange cannot be opened anymore or the device has been stolen, employee should take contact with his/her Fleet Manager who will provide a new QR Code using the Customer Zone. The QR Code will be sent by email in PDF format to the end user.
