Hulp & Support How can employees switch their physical SIM card to eSIM by themselves on an eSIM device?

It can be done easily using the MyOrange app and tapping “Manage my account”. This is going to install the eSIM profile on the device. As soon as the eSIM becomes active on the network, the old (physical) SIM will be automatically deactivated.
