Orange covers your smartphone based on your phone number, and your tablet on the basis of its serial number. Got a new smartphone? You don't need to send us your new IMEI number, you're covered via your phone number!

How do I make a claim?

File your claim online, or call 078/15.05.23, or send an email to assurancesorangeBE@spb.eu

In case of theft, an official statement indicating the brand, model, and serial number (for tablets) must be provided.

Once the application has been accepted, a replacement device will be sent to you on the working day following receipt of the duly completed statement.
