Hulp & Support How to modify your rate plan?

From your Customer Zone

You can change the rate plan for one or more numbers at any time via your Customer Zone. Once you've made the change, it takes effect on your next bill.

 

1. Log in

2. Click on the “Manage your fleet” tab

 

• And click on the subscription you wish to modify.

• Using the “Export” function in the top right-hand corner, you can download and view the report for your entire mobile fleet.
It also contains optimized tariff recommendations based on your current consumption.

 

3. Click on “Modify” next to the current subscription

4. Select the new price plan you require and confirm

 

• Based on your consumption over the past 3 months, the platform recommends the most advantageous rate plan.
